1997 f-350 xlt - 274,000 miles. 7. 3l v8 diesel. Dual rear wheels - 2wd. I am the second owner - purchased the truck in 2010. Majority of miles while i owned it have been highway. I have maintained meticulous records (including oil changes) e40d transmission replaced by ford at 220,000 miles (spring 2013) secondary anti-theft key. S&b cold air intake. Diamond eye 5" exhaust with 3" downpipe and cat delete. Chrome grille guard and rear bumper. Kc hilights driving lamps. Bilstein shocks on front and rear. Aftermarket cd player with aux input jack. Tinted windows, front and back. I have kept the driver/passenger seats covered since i bought it - they are in good shape. Back seat is in good shape - floor has expected wear and tear. Body is in good shape for it's age. There are normal dents and scratches, and some minor rust on the grille guard, but nothing major - the frame is sound. CD Player
